Havencrown are the UK’s leading marquee and cover washing machine supplier. Made to order in their workshop in Blandford Forum, their high-grade machinery is distributed to businesses around the world.

They have recently developed a relationship with a distributor in the USA, leading to strong growth and an even greater market share.

As the company’s reach has grown, INDUS has been on hand to offer practical advice on the design requirements of their expanding range of machinery. We’ve also created several different specification control panels that reflect the differing needs of Havencrown’s users.

The Project

Havencrown initially reached out to us following a recommendation. They knew we had years of previous experience in control panel design, and wanted us to provide an effective solution for controlling their various washing machine models.

When designing their new control panels, we made sure they were both multi-functional and intuitive to control. The design we ultimately settled on allowed the controller to:

• Operate the machine itself
• Control the speed of various motor drives
• Easily manage energy consumption

By only using premium quality components in their manufacture, we ensured that the panels were robust enough to perform for decades to come.

The End Result

To date, we’ve manufactured and supplied Havencrown with over 15 washing machine control panels, ranging in size from 7.5KW to 18KW. These panels improve the functionality of the machines they’re fitted onto, and give the owner far more precise control over their operation.

The panels have been delivered to countries around the world, including the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, and the USA.
